In 2017, approximately 38,393 albums (and singles, compilations, splits, in-studio performances) were played on WRIR. Of those, 4,135 (about 10%) were released in 2017.
This chart is the top 100 most played albums of those 4,135. 19 of those albums are from local bands/artists (noted in bold). WRIR and Richmond are incredibly blessed to have such a diversity of talent and chart of new albums played that reflects our unique music ecosystem.
