1978 or 1986 (Village Voice Best Albums Of The Year)
From 1974 to 2015, The Village Voice published a ‘Best Albums Of The Year’ list. Music critics assigned a number value ranging from 5-30 to each album on their top 10, all albums tottalling 100. This show will take songs from both album lists. The only two that I will be sure of are the #1 songs.
I chose 1978 and 1986 as two years to play from.
(The Village Voice was a free newspaper published in New York City consistently from 1974 to 2015)
Some of these songs were very familiar to me and some were completely new. I like it like that. I hope you do too.
