Continuing with the show and tell format. Sharing a bunch of music from the funkiest city in the world: New Orleans, Louisiana. I lived in New Orleans for a long time and it had a big role in shaping my musical DNA. Sharing lore about the Meters, Professor Longhair, Dr. John, Willie Tee, Lee Dorsey, Allen Toussaint, the Wild Magnolias and many more! Also includes a tribute to the “Soul Rotisserie” at Handsome Willies and few tracks from friends.
