Breakfast Blend w/ Galaxy Girl & Friends
Galaxy Girl – 20260226 – Be Great
Hi folks! Welcome to the 4th week of Black History Month! Tune in for Jill Scott, Clifton Chenier, Gladys Knight, Solomon Burke, Erma Franklin, Definition of Sound, Dazeases, and much more. Thank you for listening! And THANK YOU for your patience as we fine tune and troubleshoot things during our big move!
Moving an entire radio station to a new blank slate of a building is no easy task. 🛠️ BIG THANKS in particular to the volunteers (YES! VOLUNTEERS!) who climbed ladders, lowered antenna parts, wielded saws, rebuilt CD shelves, connected cables to broadcast boards, ran wire through tubes, carried equipment down from the old 2nd floor studio, loaded server racks into the back of a truck, struggled to remove rusty bolts, and figure out what direction to point everything in. And we’re not done yet.
📻 📡 We’re still working hard to get things put into place in our new studio.
