The Edge of Americana / Time Again Radio
Remembering Bill Lupoletti through Sounds of the World
This show is a tribute to the late, great Bill Lupoletti of the show Global A Go Go. He was a co founder of the station and resident world music expert. His musical tastes and cultural curiosities were powerful forces for many here at the station. His openness, generosity and most of all just his general personality will be missed dearly here.
So, in honor of Bill, we travel the world to visit and experience as many sounds as we can in the time we have. I hope you find an unfamiliar rhythm, an interesting melody or a hook that you cant understand. I hope that it will stick with you and that you will be compelled to look it up to find out more. All music leads back home, whether it be ours or not.
Enjoy
