Good morning listeners! Well, we’re about 6 months into this pandemic thing, and it’s COMPLETELY NORMAL for us to feel like we’ve hit a wall. We’ll get through this together.
So my tips for today:
– Make sure you’ve checked to see what’s on your ballot. There’s more than just a President to vote on. https://ballotpedia.org/Virginia_Sample_Ballot
– Drink plenty of water! This is as much a reminder for MYSELF as it is for you.
– Wear a mask over your mouth and nose! This will help with coronavirus as well as cold and flu season, but also will help cut down on those lovely fall allergens that might usually make you sneeze.
– Start getting ready for bed 15 minutes earlier than usual. I know it’s not much, but it can help you get a little extra sleep, which can help boost your mood.
